A Quiet Rebellion

With many unanswered questions, so much confusion, and no clear direction — it all began.
Not with a grand gesture, not with applause or approval, but with a silent decision. A quiet rebellion. One step away from everything familiar — breaking generational taboos, unspoken customs, and inherited traditions.
A single person’s stand, made not out of arrogance, but necessity. A ripple that might someday bring about a wave of change — a change our families never even imagined.
There’s a lot happening. In the background, in the foreground. In my head, in my heart.
So many thoughts race through my mind — things to learn, things to unlearn. Moments I wish I could rewind. A life that feels like it's trying to reset itself.
It’s an emotional roller coaster. Some days, I feel brave. Other days, I feel broken. And most days, I’m just trying to keep going.
From being someone who never spoke up or asked for help…To slowly — hesitantly — trying to step out of that shell. It’s a struggle.

There are still things I’m not comfortable asking about. Words I swallow. Questions I rehearse and never say aloud. But something has shifted — the people around me are beginning to understand. And that matters more than I can explain.
There’s a stark difference between the two lives I’ve lived — the one I come from, and the one I’m building now. They don’t speak the same language. But I’m learning to translate.
At this point, I don’t know what the future holds. And that’s okay.
But if I ever have a choice…You’ll probably find me in a hill station.Breathing easier.Living quieter.Becoming… me.
