This was written by me to Neeharika during the days when she is low and stressed but didn't speak much about it ..
I finally thought to talk to her and here it is
Hey,
Over the past few days, I’ve sensed that something’s been weighing on you. I wasn’t sure how to help or what to say — but today, I felt like I had to reach out.
I just want to remind you: we’ll get through this too.
And while we’re going through it, we might feel a lot of emotions — that’s okay.
Whatever’s on your mind, whatever you’re hoping for — it will happen. I truly believe that.
So please, stay strong and stay calm.
I care about your mental health, and I’m here — really here — if you ever need to talk, vent, or just sit in silence with someone who gets it.
Sometimes, a good coffee with the right person changes everything.
And hey, it's summer — don’t forget to stay hydrated. Take care of yourself more than usual right now.
Rest well. Sleep enough.
And if it ever gets too much… if there’s a moment where you just want to scream or cry or let it all out — remember, I’ll be there. Always.
